Grant Disbursement Agreement *

If funds are granted, recipients will receive 60% of the funds prior to the event or project completion. The remaining 40% of grant funding will be awarded after the event or proposal. By submitting this form, if grants are awarded, you and your organization agree to submit photos of the event/project after its completion. These photos will be used for media promotion by the Hastings Community Arts Council. By agreeing to the terms above you acknowledge that you are not guaranteed grant funds, but have submitted a grant application to the Hastings Community Arts Council.
